We are Meeting Grounds, and we proudly serve the community of Southwest, Saskatchewan. We believe in good coffee + creating a space that invites people to gather, sip + stay. Life is busy and full, so we invite you to come take a load off, bring a good book, and a craving for some of the best caffeine!

Did you know Harvest make all of the stocks & bone broths from scratch using the reduction method? Aka they slowly cook down bones, vegetables, and herbs, allowing all the nutrients and flavor to saturate the broth. This then becomes the base of their soups, sauces, and more!
We have a great selection of regular lunch items by Harvest Eatery, exclusive to our menu. On top of those, Harvest is offering FEATURE food items! Give us a call to find out what feature panini, wrap or salad we’re serving up that week!
Meeting Grounds was opened in 2017 by two couples who were passionate about people + good coffee. It started in a historic building in downtown Shaunavon that used to be a bank and also a sheriff’s office. In 2020, Meeting Grounds moved across the street to it’s new home beside the historic + family-owned Shaunavon Plaza Theatre.
Since then, the coffeehouse has expanded into a partnership of lunch options (prepared by the incredible + local Harvest Eatery), delicious home-style baking (by local bakers: Haute Cakes and Ginger Fournier), and a trendy boutique.
MG boutique carries many Canadian brands of clothing, home goods, zero waste products, books, baby items + more! You will also find on display some beautiful art pieces created by local artisans.

A dreamer and creator, Liz’s passion for bringing people together + making people feel welcome is what gave life to MG. Her spirit + enthusiasm will no doubt heighten your energy and put a smile on your face. No matter how busy, she always takes the time to check in on her family, friends + customers.

Andrew is a wild creative who is known for wearing flannel or vintage kit sweaters, (no matter the temperature outside). He is a valuable part of our team who constantly comes up with new creative ideas + drinks at Meeting Grounds. You have probably seen his incredible art decorating our walls!

Pam is a fun, caring and enthusiastic piece to the MG team. She has a strong love of coffee, books, and above all… Halloween! Pam’s spunk and passion for all things makes her a true joy to be around.

Partner to Lizzy, Ty is a crucial piece to the creation and envision of MG. His gravitating personality and energy stem from his love for people, inclusion + music. It is without a doubt that Ty’s positive attitude and flattering compliments will instantly brighten your day!

A cheerful + energetic personality, Anna is always ready to serve you with a smile! You’ll likely see her sporting an oversized band tee or a comfy sweater. When she’s not in the coffee shop you’ll find her working on the farm, spending time with her animals or creating pieces of art!

COFFEE GURU
Logan has been a lead on the MG team since it’s inception in 2017. Logan is known for making the best espresso, his noted taste in depressing music, and his gift of remembering people and their stories. MG would not be what it is without this guy, so be sure to say “Hi” to him next time you see him in the house.

Joyful, spunky, upbeat are just a few words that encapsulate Amy’s personality! Amy moved here from Calgary and loves her adorable cat/fur baby, Satchmo. Her contagious joy will surely have you leaving with a smile on your face.
